As an enthusiast and an owner, I loved the truck but saw a clear opportunity to improve the interior's functionality—specifically the rotary shifter. What began as a personal project to design a more ergonomic, durable mount quickly turned into a passion for precision manufacturing.
From 3D Printing to Industrial Quality
We don't just "print" parts; we engineer them. Starting with a fleet of Creality K2 Plus machines, I spent countless hours perfecting the fit and finish of our shifter mounts. We chose ASA-CF (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate with a Carbon Fiber additive) for its incredible UV resistance and thermal stability, ensuring that our products can handle the scorching heat of summer inside a parked truck without warping or fading. As the community’s demand grew, so did our standards. We are currently transitioning our flagship designs to injection molding. This allows us to provide a professional, OEM-style textured finish that matches the dark gray and matte black tones of your F-150’s center console perfectly.
